Mix of baby leaves

We harvest with all our love the most tender leaves of the leafy vegetables from our garden to create the beautiful mix of baby leaves.

This mix has leaves of many types, such as curly and Tuscan kale, Creole spinach, green and red lettuce (it can be crisp, oak leaf, European heart or whatever we have available in the garden) it also has purple mizuna lettuce leaves, colored chard, tatsoi and can contain arugula if you want it.

The 100g baby leaf mix yields 2 generous portions of salad

The 200g baby leaf mix makes 4 generous portions of salad

Agroecological food, grown without poisons or chemical fertilizers.

This packaging is biodegradable and you can compost it. If you are going to keep this food for more than 5 days, look for an airtight container into which you can transfer the mix so that the leaves remain hydrated.
