cardiovascular diseases, it also has more than 18% protein and is a good source of calcium, magnesium and potassium. Regular consumption of cashew nuts can reduce chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, lower blood pressure, and visceral fat accumulation.
It comes from associations of small producers in Córdoba, where more than 10 years ago 50 families came together with the aim of promoting a new form of community development.
