Ghee
It is an Ayurvedic food made from cow's butter, which is subjected to a controlled fire to remove lactose and casein (milk protein), resulting in a pure transparent yellow liquid (high-density fats) of excellent quality, very tolerable and digestive.
The smoke point is high, it can withstand medium-high temperatures without burning and without changing its therapeutic qualities.
It is very versatile, ideal for cooking (baked, eggs, rice, stir-fried and sautéed) or used at the table. Its daily use helps a good assimilation of nutrients and strengthens the immune system. Cosmetic use: it is used in the elaboration of ointments.
It can be applied to the skin as a rejuvenator. (no need to refrigerate)
