The rice is a new variety, called Ligerito or Matahambre, since it is a variety that its harvest cycle is 70 days.
It is a Creole mountain rice, with which we are working to leave it with a little of the bran (semi-integral) passing it through a mechanical mill, leaving the grain more whole.
